Hi, I'm Vicente Franco Bayona.

I'm an engineer by profession, and for a large part of my life, I've been leading technological innovation projects in the agricultural sector. But in 2024, my path took an unexpected turn: I lost my job.

That moment was difficult, filled with uncertainty, frustration, and many emotions. But it was also a turning point. I decided to transform that experience into an opportunity: I dove into learning and practicing what I've always been passionate about—technology, automation, and creating products that truly work for people (yes, the kind that turn things on and off, but also solve real problems).

In that process, I faced the same challenge many do today: job hunting. I was sending out 50 to 60 resumes a week, tweaking each one, adjusting formats, summaries, keywords... It was an exhausting, repetitive, and often disheartening process. The worst part: using platforms that didn't understand my needs, with abusive pricing, unclear conditions, or unexpected charges.

That's where this idea was born. A platform made by someone who has been through the same thing you have.

I designed this tool thinking of those of us who are looking for opportunities, those of us who want to stand out without spending hours staring at a blank page or having to pay for every little click. Here, you can create your CV with the help of AI, apply for jobs easily, and manage your entire process with clarity.

This project is built with a lot of love, time, and empathy. There's no big company or investment fund behind it—it's just me, with my lived experience, trying to help you focus on what's important: your story, your talent, and your next step.
